REFUND POLICY

By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

TESTING OUR PRODUCTS

We all have different skin types, tastes, preferences and even though we’ve trialed every single product with our trusty testing group, we still recommend that you do a patch test first.  For safety, the buyer/user must ensure that they have checked the ingredients list before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

THE SIZE OF OUR BAR

Not all our soaps are going to look or weigh the same. Our soaps are handcrafted and hand cut. Weights will vary from bar to bar and batch to batch. That is the nature of a handmade product. Most of our soaps can range from 109 to 160 grams.  For simplicity, our prices are based upon the lowest bar weight per batch. Any soap weighing more is a bonus for the price paid. Handcrafted soap will continue to evaporate water and will continually lose weight. However, this makes for a finer, longer lasting soap bar despite the weight. 

REFUNDS
There are NO REFUNDS on SOAP or SOLID LOTION BARS due to the fact that these are a personal product and even unopened, we choose not to resell the product since it has been out of our supervision.

Refunds do not apply in cases where you have bought the wrong bar of soap or solid lotion or disagreed with the scent. If you have any questions, send us a message. 

For all other products: Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are approved, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@lemasina.co.nz.

SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, send us an email at sales@lemasina.co.nz

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
